Terms of use

1. Who offers the tool

bankstatementanalysis.com is run by AnyaIT, owner Keerthi Reddy Bommareddy, Ratingen, Germany (see the Impressum). By using the site you accept these terms.

2. What the tool does

The tool reads PDF bank statements in your browser and turns them into transaction rows, categories, charts, Excel and CSV files, and a lender-style income summary. All of this happens on your computer; nothing is uploaded (see Privacy).

3. Free of charge

The tool is free. There is no account, no subscription and no paid tier. We may change, limit or stop the service at any time without notice.

4. Estimates, not advice

Every number the tool shows is produced by software from the text of your statements. Categories can be wrong, rows can be missed, and the lender view applies general rules that a particular lender may not follow. The income figure is an estimate to help you prepare, not a lender's decision, a credit assessment, or financial, tax or legal advice. Check the results against your statements before relying on them, and ask your lender, accountant or adviser for anything that matters.

5. Your responsibilities

Use the tool only with statements you are entitled to process. Do not try to interfere with the site, overload it or use it for anything unlawful. You keep all rights to your documents and to the files the tool produces from them.

6. No warranty, limited liability

The tool is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, AnyaIT is not liable for any loss arising from use of the tool or reliance on its results, in particular for decisions a lender, tax authority or other party takes on the basis of numbers you obtained here. Liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law is not limited.

7. Links

Pages on this site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content. The site contains no paid lender referrals.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Sales Convention. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. The European Commission offers an online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; we are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
