Lender view
Drop 12 or 24 months of PDF statements on the home page and the lender view shows what a bank-statement mortgage lender would compute from them: all deposits, the ones a lender excludes (transfers from your own accounts, refunds, and any single deposit above 150% of your monthly average), the eligible total divided by the months, and the income estimate after an expense factor you can set between 10% and 50%. Below that, the flags a lender will ask about: large deposits that need a source, overdraft and NSF fees, how much deposits vary, gaps between statements, and your lowest balance.
Everything is computed in your browser; nothing is uploaded. The summary can be printed or saved as a PDF to take to your lender. It is an estimate for your preparation, not a lender's decision.
